How To Order

We have tried to make ordering as clear and simple as possible:

1. Complete Order Form (link below, fill out and send back to us)- This will give us all the information we need to complete your order efficiently and smoothly
   
   
2. Payment. We require payment first, sorry no 30 day invoicing. Payment is refundable up to the point of receiving products for shooting. Pay either with Credit/Debit Card or direct payment details will be sent via Digital Invoice (PDF invoice included)
   
   
3. Ship sample products to our studio, please use a reputable courier service and properly packaged for protection during transport. Products are insured only while within our premises, so please make sure you are adequately covered
   
   
4. Please provide full product descriptions and SKU/MPN/GTIN so we can properly label/identify products against digital assets created
   
   
5. Once we have received the sample items we aim to deliver final video edits within 2-4 weeks depending on workload. (Unless Express Production was requested, then its a 7 working day turnaround from receipt of sample products)
   
   
6. Once the shoot is complete,  you can download your product videos and still images. We’ll then ship the sample products back to you at cost
   
   

Regarding Copyright, all digital assets created for you will remain explicitly yours, you own the copyright but we would like to, with your permission, to use some of images/video for our website portfolio.
